Enjoy a blissful morning yoga session at both our beach clubs.
Wake up in the best way with our lovely instructor, she will meet you on the beach and the session will run for an hour or so whilst the sun rises over the mountain. A yoga session can offer a welcome change to being out on the water on your sailing holiday. For sailors, windsurfers and paddle boarders alike, it can also provide a boost to your balance, flexibility and overall core strength.
Pre-booking is essential. You can do this easily at reception or with the club manager throughout your stay at the beach clubs. Please also let staff know if you require a yoga mat as well.
What do you need?
Just yourself and some comfortable clothing. Generally, you don’t need shoes on but you may wear trainers if you wish.
Who is it for?
All abilities are welcome. Whether you are an experienced yoga enthusiast or brand new we cater for any level. Our instructor sessions are generally focused on breathing and fluid movements, you can put as little or as much energy in to suit it to yourself. Sessions can offer a nice change to being out on the water on a sailing holiday.
