INTERNATIONAL PASSENGER PROTECTION

As part of your booking with Trek-Adventures, your holiday is protected against the financial insolvency of our company. International Passenger Protection is a bond providing insurance to you, our customers, in the event that we are unable to provide you with your holiday.

Please note that your booking is solely regarding your stay in our accommodation or on board our yachts. Our charter with IPP does not cover your flights or transfers or other activities. Please contact your airline for information about their protection for your flights.

OUR CHARTER WITH IPP

In accordance with Passenger protection policy for insolvency cover  all passengers booking with Trek-Adventures are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation costs, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements solely due to the insolvency of Trek-Adventures.

Consumer aware: Your booking is insured by IPP Ltd and its panel of insurers. – This insurance is only valid for passengers who book and pay directly with/to Trek-Adventures. If you have booked and/or paid direct to a Travel Agent for a holiday with Trek Adventures please request proof of how the booking is secured as this will not be covered by IPP Ltd in this instance.
