The kit
We have a fantastic range of kit from RS, Laser, Topper, Starboard, Red, Bic, Tushingham and Severne. Pre-booking isn’t needed, just wander down and off you go. We also have safety boats ready to go, and a full range of buoyancy aids for security. Here’s a selection of what we might have rigged and ready for you on the beach.

2 adults – The Laser Pico is a fun, durable, confidence-inspiring, roto molded boat that can be sailed by everyone. It’s ideal for entry-level sailors and is equipped with a removable jib and reefing main sail for easy rigging. Can be sailed as a single hander or with 2 crew.

4 adults – Spacious, comfortable multi-purpose sit-in sailboat with an asymmetric spinnaker rig and optional single trapeze. Outstanding versatility. Ideal for teaching, learning, club racing and recreational fun and family sailing. Capacity for up to four crew. Superb performance and exhilaration coupled with a smooth, well mannered and controllable ride.
Topper Omega
6 adults – Omega is just as happy sailed one up, two up or even seven up. The combination of the stability and performance together with reefing and easy control systems mean the Omega is the ultimate multi purpose family sailboat. The attention to detail given to the boat design and the deck layout means the Omega delivers versatility, comfort and performance without compromise. As you’d expect the Omega is ideal for family cruising and teaching newcomers.

windsurf – starboard rio
These are the boards that cover learning, progressing and planing for the first time. They are considered all-rounders because they are equally good at providing stability for beginners to learn and providing power for progressing windsurfers to get planing smoothly.
