Wellbeing is a word many people don’t really understand, being-well is probably a better term! Being well includes all areas of your lifestyle – diet, sleep, illness/pain, time management, job/role, exercise, energy levels, aspirations, relationships, emotions, confidence levels and much more. Over the 3 days, you will look at how you live everyday life and how you look after yourself.
Vicki will take the group through different Life Coaching sessions that will help you step back from your busy life and reassess your current wellbeing to encourage you to become happier and healthier.
You will learn the tools to help you make the changes in your life that will promote better overall wellbeing. Feeling refreshed, you’ll leave Kefalonia with short term and long term changes that you can make to your everyday life.
Alongside Vicki’s Life Coaching sessions, she’ll also provide some simple meditation and breathing exercises to improve your thinking, stress levels, digestion, balance and more. There’ll be some gentle beach walks too, which are a great way to de-stress and will allow you to energise your body and mind.
Vicki’s sessions explore you as a ‘whole’ and cover areas such as self-worth, decision making, aspirations, life plans, blocks in your life and much more.
